Here are just a few of the topics on which Paul Nowak can speak. While talks on the same topic may be similar, they will not ever be precisely the same. Any topic related to the books and blog posts on this site is possible, and requests are welcome.
Servant Warriors: What Christians can Learn from the Samurai – The Samurai of Japan were efficient, disciplined, and skilled warriors whose name means “One who serves.” What can we, modern Christians, learn about service and a fighting spirit from these ancient mercenaries of legend?
G.K. Chesterton’s Philosophy of Revolution – G.K. Chesterton, author of Orthodoxy, the Everlasting Man, Manalive, and thousands of essays and other books has a recurring theme of revolution in his work. This philosophy, scattered throughout a lifetime of writing, is the inspiration for The Eternal Revolution. What does GKC have to say about the Christian idea of revolution, and what does it mean to us today?
Christianity is a Fight – What does it mean to be a warrior or soldier for Christ? How is it that all of us are called to be fighting as Christians, when non-violence is such a prominent virtue?
Pro-Life Issues – Paul Nowak has written for LifeNews.com and American Life League, and can speak from his experiences covering the cultural and political war over abortion, euthanasia, and other life issues.
Homeschooling and Education – As a second-generation homeschooler, Paul Nowak has been an active participant in the movement for home education as a student and parent/teacher for over two decades.
For Catholic Groups:
Guerrilla Apologetics – Based on Paul Nowak’s Guerrilla Apologetics books, learn how we can go from defensively answering questions about what we believe to assertively and charitably asking questions to evangelize.
Weapons of the Church Militant – The Roman Catholic Church has always considered the life of faith to be one of warfare. Those of us living in the present are the Church Militant, and G.K. Chesterton referred to the Catholic Church as the “fighting form of Christianity.” What does this mean, and how do we conduct this warfare in the modern world?
